What do I need?
Make sure that you have a comfortable space to move in. Bring paper and pen for reflection! Feel free to light a candle, put on aromatherapy oils, wrap yourself in a blanket and create your own sacred space. I highly recommend using air pods for the best sound quality.
What if I have never done anything like this before?
No problem. Our community will meet you EXACTLY where you are at. I encourage you to watch the video clips below from last years Embolden Ceremony to get a feel for the energy. I will be guiding you every step of the way. The only requirement is an open mind and an open heart. ❤️
