Our modern day society has disconnected our children from their true power. We have created systems and structures to condition children to trust authority figures, disconnect from their feelings and follow a set of arbitrary rules. We leave them feeling helpless, frustrated and alone. This then manifests into behavioral issues including bullying, anxiety, depression and eating disorders.

This generation of children is INSANELY powerful. They came to earth with a mission. They are here to elevate consciousness and reconnect humanity to the vibration of love. They are innately brilliant.

When we validate and listen to them.. they can help us heal in ways that are unimaginable.

As an elementary school teacher turned energy healer, Jocelyn is passionate about bringing top notch healing tools and practices to the generation that will change the world. 🌍

💦 Energy Protection and Healing - Connect to source and the earth. Identify tension in the body. Transmute pain into power with language of sensation and breath work. Create a bubble of energy protection so that you do not take on other people’s thoughts and feelings. Identify when you are in a loop of self doubt, fear and frustration.

🎨 Creative Expression - Draw your feelings and emotions. Give yourself permission to play with your imagination. Dance party and singalong sessions!

🥰 Loving Kindness - Write loving letters and draw pictures for your inner child. Create a gratitude journal. Learn how to set daily intentions and embody positive affirmations.
