How it works:

We will meet on zoom for 90 minutes

Bring a pen and paper, water, pillow, candle and anything else that will make you feel cozy

The zoom link will be provided within 24 hours after registering

Recording will be available after the workshop completes. I highly recommend being present for the duration of the live call to ensure an intimate safe space

You are highly encouraged to add extra time into your schedule after the call completes for deeper integration. This will also program into your creator field that you are a priority.

I will offer a 20 minute private follow up session to ensure that everything is integrating appropriately
